I am pleased to tell you about some exciting events at the gallery:
On Sunday the 29th November 2009 we opened our second emerging artists exhibition for 2009 featuring student artwork in drawing and photography. The exhibition featured the works of Bev Baker, Michelle Godfrey, Andrew Huet, Wendy Roche and Tom Scotney. Wendy also launched her beautiful new book “Passing Images”.
The exhibition closed on 24th December 2009 and achieved sales for all the artists. We are planning another student exhibition soon so if you are interested in joining in some classes with a view to maybe exhibiting at the gallery please give us a call.
We are conducting ”Creative Arts Workshops” which allows you to gather a few friends, work mates or family members for a day or two days of creativity at the gallery. You choose the workshops in sculpture, watercolour painting , photography or drawing and book a day with us. Further details are contained in the Workshops and Classes section of our web site.
We also offer workshops creating talking sticks which is a wonderful experience particularly for families or work groups.
We conduct regular weekday and weekend classes in watercolour painting, sculpture, photography and drawing.
New exhibitions. The gallery currently features the work of outstanding artists in photography, watercolour painting, drawing and sculpture. The exhibitions are constantly being updated with lots of new artwork.
The gallery carries an extensive range of beautiful Australian made, precision tuned, Windsong wind chimes.
